Okay so I want to try and get skinny again. I went to Macy’s for my birthday to buy some clothes and dreaded what I saw looking back at me. I wanted to feel weightless and not agonize over my muffin top. I decided to try something easy. I’m going to do a smoothie diet. Basically drinking blended fruits and veggies, via my magic bullet, and drinking them!
How it will go? I have no idea. How long will it last? I’m not sure! My plan is to drink a smoothie for breakfast and for dinner and actually eat something for lunch that is under 500 calories. So in a day I can get at least 1500 calories in.
