I haven’t really been following my plan. I haven’t cut out sugary foods this month, I continue eating carbs, and I stopped exercising. I have been keeping myself occupied with work but I dropped off my regular schedule of staying true to my goal. I don’t know why I feel so indifferent about it. As if my inspiration left. I’ll find it again. I’m just not sure how. Maybe starting from day one again will spark my love for healthy eating and weight loss!
